We have to reduce our services for a few weeks due to one sick kid having one big operation, and it’s putting 2/3 of our team members out of action! Yikes! Do I need to book a slot just to drop something off? No, simple drop off returns will be available without needing to book.
Do I need to book for a mid-hire swap? If you can, please do – it will help us to know who is coming and for what reason.
Do I need to book if I want to hire a carrier? If you can, please do, and create a hire account at https://WYSL.myturn.com , and add a payment method before you arrive, it saves loads of time on the day!
Can I still get support with my own carrier? Yes, you can, as always fit checks and support are available. If you book a slot, and tell us what you need help with, we can make sure we are ready to support you.
Do you charge for bookings? No, there is no charge for booking a slot which would normally have been during the free drop in sessions. They are purely there to help us control numbers whilst our team is reduced.
Are the bookings private? No, the space and time is still shared with other families, as we know lots of people using the service might not see this message. Slots may not be exact as we are still trialling this system. Each half hour slot allows two families to book on, which gives built in baby care time, and a bit of wiggle room for simple enquiries.
Our family has complex needs. Can I use the free service? Yes, you can, but we would strongly suggest you contact us to chat first.
I’ve only just noticed this and I’m sat outside! Can I still come in? We will still try our best to help you, but please note there may be a wait.
