WYSL is moving into a brand new permanent home. After ten years a mobile service, we are delighted to announce that we have our very own premises, shop and parenting support space.
Introducing The Circle – a place to meet, play, carry, support, and shop. we have given over 2/3 of our floor space to the parenting support space – toys, rugs, sofas, and everything screwed down to make a relaxing place to be even with babies and toddlers in tow. This space will host The West Yorkshire Sling Library’s drop in sessions twice a week, and other meets, groups and classes on the other days. More news on which groups is coming soon!
The shop, we are packing full of lovely things, local things, baby gear, everything we’ve found useful for parenting and family life – the little genius inventions that make life easier. We are choosing eco friendly toys for the shop from sustainable sources, and inviting in our local makers and small scale producers, for gifts and gorgeous things for all the family.
